These terms help avoid disappointment for clients on the waiting list for a session or class, and make my cancellation policy clear to you.
Personal training and reformer Pilates (1:1 and 2:1 sessions)
To cancel a session free of charge, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, I may charge the full price of the session.
To cancel, tell me in person or email mandy@newlovefitness.com with:
- your full name
- the date of the session you’re cancelling
- the reason for cancelling
Packages of 10 sessions. Packages of 10 1:1 sessions at my home studio must be used within 4 months of the date you buy them. Packages can’t be refunded or transferred to someone else.
Mat Pilates and functional strength group classes
Blocks of 5 classes. A block must be used within 8 weeks of the date you buy it, so you can miss up to 3 weeks out of 8.
If you’ll miss a class and let me know at least 24 hours before it starts, you can make it up at another class within your 8 weeks, space permitting. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, leave out any of the details below, or don’t attend, that class is forfeited.
A space in another class is never guaranteed. If the class you’d like to attend instead is full or cancelled, you’re not entitled to a refund or to carry the class over past your 8 weeks.
To cancel and keep the option of a make-up class, tell me at a class or email mandy@newlovefitness.com with:
- your full name
- the day and time of the class you usually attend
- the date you’ll miss
If you’re cancelling at the last minute and can’t email, text me on 07870 554416 with the same details.
Pay-as-you-go classes. If you can’t attend, please email mandy@newlovefitness.com or text 07870 554416 at least 24 hours before the class starts. With less notice, the class is still charged.

General
Late arrivals: if you arrive late, your session or class will still finish at its usual time, so you can warm up safely and the next client isn’t kept waiting.
If I need to cancel: if I have to cancel or move a session or class, I’ll give you as much notice as I can and offer another date. If none suits you, I’ll refund that session or add it back to your block.
Health and injuries: please tell me about any injuries, health conditions, medication or pregnancy before your first session, and let me know if anything changes. This helps me keep every session safe and right for you.
