Pilates is a form of conditioning exercise designed to build strength, improve control and flexibility and encourage mental focus and well-being. Pilates was devised in the 1920s by Joseph Pilates with the aim of restoring normal movement, alignment and balance. By using slow, precise, accurate and flowing movements, Pilates lengthens and strengthens your muscles, leading to a feeling of mobility and flexibility.

private reformer 1-2-1 Pilates sessions

Start with a course over 10 weeks, where I will firstly perform a full postural analysis. From this assessment, I will devise a programme of sessions suited to your needs and with the aim of improving muscle strength, better posture, more aligned, less daily aches and pains and full of energy.

Subsequent 1-2-1 sessions recommended.

lovefit mat Pilates 1 hour class

Venue: Chichester Racquets and Fitness Club

A mat Pilates class with focus on your breath, alignment, control and mental wellbeing with the aim of achieving individual progress each week. A small group class (max 10 participants) enabling me to correct form so that you get the most benefit out of all the exercises. Open to members and non-members.

Members prices: £14 per class pay as you go. Or, Buy a block of 5 classes for £50 to be used within 8 weeks from date of purchase. Please see T & Cs
